Refund policy

Adelaide Hills Flower Studio has the right to substitute fresh flowers when necessary to fulfill your order.

All deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm Tuesday through Friday. 

If an order is placed for a day that we are not open, the delivery will be made on the next operating business day. 

Adelaide Hills Flower Studio has the right to deny a refund due to change of mind in circumstances where the flowers or goods have already been purchased to create an order. 

Refund of delivery fees cannot be made where the order was unable to be fulfilled due to access to property reasons.
